Art Therapy
Art therapy focuses on building a trusting relationship through empathy and creativity. Participants are encouraged to utilize art as a tool to learn new coping skills and process and overcome challenging issues or complicated traumas. Using art as a therapeutic tool can help clients express themselves in new ways, regardless of artistic experience or aptitude. Art therapy is focused on the process and the journey, rather than a final product.
