Fundraise on Behalf of JFCS
When you are passionate about a cause, you want to share it with those in your life. If you are invested in the work of JFCS, we encourage you to engage more fully with our work by fundraising on behalf of your favorite program.
You can connect your fundraiser to a special event like a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, birthday, or wedding, or simply embark on a fundraising project anytime you are inspired.
We are so grateful to those who go the extra mile to support JFCS in this way.
Launching your own fundraiser takes just three easy steps:
Step 1: Start a Fundraiser
Think about what means the most to you and how you would like to communicate your project to others. There are many options and our Director of Community Engagement Sharon Schwartz can help turn your fundraising ideas into a reality. Contact Sharon at 267.256.2112 or email@example.com.
Step 2: Spread the Word
Share your fundraiser with friends and family. You can communicate your passion in a number of ways. You can reach out to friends and family in person, either one-on-one or with a small gathering for those you’d like to engage. You can also get creative and share your fundraiser on different virtual platforms like social media, email, or community apps like Nextdoor. You know your friends and family best and we encourage you to create a plan that will spread the word in the way that works best for you and for them.
Step 3: Collect Donations
Raise funds or collect much-needed donations to support JFCS. Collecting will work differently depending on your project so touch base with Director of Community Engagement Sharon Schwartz before you begin. Contact her at 267.256.2112 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
