Holocaust survivors get together at a pre Passover Seder. More than 50 survivors were on hand at Adath Israel Synagogue in Bala Cynwyd. There was dancing, singing and conversation. The Seder a ritual retelling of the story of the liberation of Israel lights from slavery in ancient Egypt. A Survivor states, “ It is important because when I was 12 years old, I was already in a concentration camp and I hadn’t seen a Seder for all that time until I was liberated in 1845.” Event was organized by Jewish Family and Children’s Service which provides out reach, care and support.
