JFCS of Greater Philadelphia and Abramson Senior Care Finalize Merger

Dear JFCS Friends and Supporters,

We are thrilled to share an exciting milestone in our agency’s history. Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Philadelphia (JFCS) and Abramson Senior Care have merged.

Within JFCS, all Older Adult Services will now be referred to as Abramson Senior Care of JFCS—existing as a single, comprehensive resource for older adults and their caregivers across Greater Philadelphia. Together, we will expand access to a broader continuum of programs and services—across social services and healthcare—tailored to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our aging population. By combining our strengths and broadening our reach, we are creating a single door for our most vulnerable seniors to access the care and support they need.

With over a decade of partnership and a deep, shared commitment to the health and well-being of older adults across Greater Philadelphia, this merger brings together two legacy institutions united by a common vision: to build a stronger, more compassionate, and more connected future for our community’s seniors and their families. We look forward to sharing more details as they become available.

Thank you as always for your ongoing support as we begin this exciting new journey together.
