Lana Pozdnyakov brings over 23 years of experience in senior care services, specializing in operational leadership, health management, and integrated service delivery. Over the years she has been involved in development and ongoing operations at Abramson Senior Care, including a comprehensive array of services designed to support seniors’ needs.

Previously, Lana served as Program Administrator overseeing operational and regulatory compliance while leading a comprehensive portfolio of multidisciplinary services designed to ensure seamless care coordination for elder community population. During the past three years as Director of Operations and Health Management, she has been leading programs that directly support individual needs of seniors while maintaining the highest standards in quality of care and access to essential services.

Lana is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Dementia Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Temple University and a Master’s of Business Administration in Health Management from LaSalle University. Her extensive experience, combined with a strategic and collaborative leadership approach, reflects a longstanding commitment to excellence in senior care.
