President & CEO
Robin Brandies is a mission-driven executive with extensive experience in leading non-profit organizations through growth, transformation, and innovation. As President and CEO of Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Philadelphia (JFCS), Robin sets the strategic direction of the agency, stewards donor and community relationships, and ensures the delivery of vital programs and services that strengthen individuals and families throughout Greater Philadelphia.
Previously, Robin served as President and Executive Director of Abramson Senior Care which, for nearly 160 years, ensured that frail Jewish seniors aged with dignity, independence, and choice through access to healthcare services and supports. During her tenure, she launched a new dementia- and chronic illness-focused care management model, established an innovative partnership with primary care providers, and led an organizational restructuring that expanded the population served.
In her ten years at Abramson, Robin progressed from leading fundraising and communications to President and Executive Director. Early in her career, she worked in development roles with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Temple University School of Social Work.
Robin is honored to lead JFCS at this pivotal time and fully committed to sustaining and growing JFCS’ impact so we can continue to serve Greater Philadelphia’s vulnerable populations.
